昨年より電話にて予約されたお客様による直前キャンセル及び無断キャンセルが相次いでありました。
誠に遺憾ではございますが今後は直接予約につきましてはメール及びLINE公式アカウント、WhatsApp、WeChatのみのでご予約受付とさせて頂き、銀行振込または決済リンクによる事前決済のみとさせて頂きます。
海外からのお客様につきましても上記アプリにてご予約頂きます様お願いいたします。

Since last year, we have experienced a series of last-minute cancellations and cancellations without notice from customers who made reservations by phone.
